Young Revolutionaries organisation

Preamble

Clearly, if ‘all’ the young people of a generation commence and conclude by carrying forward the politics and thinking of the old guard, or the existing order – they will not only brutally destroy their potential as new wine,  but society will not see theorists, philosophers and trans-formative leaders emerging from the system. The country may lose its life-sustaining organ.

Young Revelolution

This why I have proposed that we – the young professionals, form the Young Revolution political organisation. Knowledge must find its way and keep a heavy presence in politics. Knowledge is needed to transform societies from poverty, disease and quickly stop dictators from permeating deceptive ideas. In order to up-the-ate of local politics to be relevant in the globalized world, we need a new political strategy. I propose a knowledge-centric politics. And this can be realized through proper idealization of knowledge through a “young revolutionaries” political organisation – people who are not politicians per se for careerism, but young people who see the necessity of providing professional services to society through politics. This class cannot be accommodated in the old guard political organisation structures because it is highly informed, and survives of freedom of information. It is a true information age class.

So the knowledge-centric political class has to exist on its own, and cultivate its own political ground. It can even be more effective, since the practices of old guard politics which hinder their movement are entirely ignored.

It does not make sense for the world to advance, while the political practice remain backward or simply try to cope by, through half policies. In order for modern policies to come to fruition, and to be understood by all people, they have to come from a modern political process. It is simple – in-puts determine outputs.

This approach has the potential to change not just politicians but the politics entirely, once the people taste the benefits of quality, knowledge-led leaders. I’m looking at the Young-revolution Organisation as a composition of knowledge-based leaders, who speak knowledge to the benefit of the people, not politics to hoodwinking the masses. The masses will begin to see the differences and make better choices. They will re-asses their value system.

Of course this puts a qualitative requirement on the composition of our leadership, methods and practices. We can deliberate on this, how to be fiercely political while at the same time being a professions-intensive organisation. There is no proof that high qualification, excellence, expertise and individual growth diminishes one’s politicking abilities, or the rigor. Only the proud can make such a claim. On the contrary, it elevates it – people will not spend time wondering about your credentials but genuinely interested in listening to what you have to say.

Therefore, I want to encourage all right thinking young men and women, professionals to horn their knack for politics in this platform. Our love of country must be transformed to a revolution – the overthrow of dictators and corrupt systems.

There are finer details on how we can recruit quality leaders which I will not put here.

The Young Revolution organisation is also to save the emerging elite class from being defeated into mere commentators on bad politics, but provide a platform to support them in taking political office.
